Residence options

National Economic Fund (NEF)

Non-refundable contribution of USD 240,000 for the main applicant and up to three eligible dependants. Add USD 20,000 per additional dependant aged 18 and over, and USD 10,000 per child under 18.

Approved enterprise or project

Investment of USD 250,000 plus applicable administrative fees for the main applicant and up to three eligible dependants.

Real estate investment

Purchase of property worth at least USD 300,000 in an approved project, covering the main applicant and any number of eligible dependants. The property must be held for at least five years.

Government bonds

Subscription to non-interest-bearing government bonds of at least USD 300,000, with USD 50,000 in administrative fees. Held for a minimum of five years.
