Spain's real-estate investment route closed on 4 April 2025. MOVICAP now focuses on the NLV (Non-Lucrative Visa): residence for non-EU nationals able to support themselves in Spain without carrying out any economic activity there. Legal framework: Organic Law 4/2000 and Royal Decree 1155/2024, in force since 20 May 2025.
