With nearly ten years of experience in management, talent acquisition and development, she supports organisations in identifying, attracting and structuring their teams. Her approach combines business understanding, relationship quality and the search for profiles aligned with each organisation's ambitions.

Within MOVICAP GROUP, she leads the Talent desk and also contributes to the Investment desk, notably supporting investors exploring international residence-by-investment solutions.

Her leadership, communication skills and multicultural experience enable her to combine strategic vision, advisory acumen and operational excellence in service of MOVICAP's development and its clients.

A graduate of École 3A in Lyon and trained at Université du Québec à Montréal, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the Canadian market and the challenges of North American mobility.

With more than fifteen years of experience in international and commercial development, notably at the Bureau International de l'Étudiant (BIE) as Head of Business Development, she has developed academic partnerships in Europe, the Americas, the United Kingdom and the Middle East, while contributing to strategic development and client relationships.

Within MOVICAP GROUP, she applies this expertise to the Mobility desk, particularly in supporting candidates heading to Canada through programmes such as Express Entry, as well as in developing local and international partnerships. She also contributes to the Investment desk by helping identify and structure new opportunities and develop relationships with relevant partners.

Her international experience and ability to bring partners together are key assets for developing MOVICAP's offers.
